The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high-energy Account Executive who can own the full sales cycle and flex into Sales/Customer Development Representative (SDR/CSR) duties when needed. If you love prospecting, closing, and nurturing customer relationships – this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive New Revenue

    • Own the complete sales process from prospecting through close for our cybersecurity platform and services.

  • Prospect & Qualify (SDR Function)

    • Research target accounts, cold-outreach via email/social, and build a healthy opportunity pipeline.

  • Customer Success (CSR Function)

    • Serve as a trusted advisor post-sale: onboard new customers, surface expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction.

  • Pipeline Management

    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in our CRM; forecast and report on progress weekly.

  • Collaboration & Feedback

    • Partner with Marketing to refine messaging and with Product to share customer feedback that shapes our roadmap.

Must-Have Requirements

  1. Location: You must reside in the United States (work hours aligned with U.S. time zones).

  2. Language: Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  3. Experience:

    • At least 1–2 years in a sales or other customer-facing role

  4. Mindset & Skills:

    • Self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and finding creative paths to “yes.”

    • Strong organizational habits – able to juggle multiple opportunities and tasks without dropping the ball.

Nice-to-Have (Pluses)

 

  • B2B SaaS experience – especially with annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.

  • Information-security knowledge or prior work in a cybersecurity, MSSP, or GRC environment.

  • Familiarity with modern sales stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
