We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in sales within the cybersecurity industry. The Sales Associate will support the sales team by identifying prospects, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our client base.


Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Assist in generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
    • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
    • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, proposals, and presentations.
    • Develop a basic understanding of Prodigy 13’s services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
